Today, I read a post on LinkedIn by Reid Friedson, Ph.D., on practices at Indian River State College. An adjunct professor was called a “pushy Jew” by the secretary to the Dean of Social Sciences. Here’s what Friedson posted:
I was informed a couple of days ago by an adjunct professor at Indian River State College (IRSC) the secretary to the dean of social sciences called her a “pushy Jew.”
The IRSC Trustees including President Massey need to resign for unfair labor practices including retaliation against whistleblowers in Florida education.
IRSC president, admin director for communications, dean of social sciences, and attorneys as well as Florida Department of Education general counsel won’t answer requests for comment.
FDOE and the two (2) IRSC law firms were sent cease and desist letters on December 12 and 13, 2017.
I’ve no reason to doubt Friedson’s report. This is egregious and beyond the pale.
